This equipment is used for making prismatic li-ion battery cell.To put the electrode, separator, electrode tabs, protective tape and terminatedtape on the feeding shaft artificially. It finishes tab welding, protectivetape sticking, rectifying, cell winding, CCD detecting, terminated tapesticking and loading to conveyor by automatically winding, rectifying andpositioning. The cell can be finished at one time, and improved the quality ofcells and reduce human intervention and electrode damage.
