This equipment is used for making prismatic li-ionbattery cell by the way of Z stacking.
Toput the anode and cathode electrodes on the feeding box artificially. Twomanipulator mechanisms take electrodes from box, then alternately stacking onplatform by accurately positioning. Delivery separator to stacking platform viaautomatically unwinding, tension controlling and rectifying device. Thestacking platform moves back and forth to stack. After finishing stacking,delivery cells to sticking ending tape device. Automatic ending wind, cutseparator, stick tape and delivery cells.
