█ Summary:

This automatic specialized equipment is consisting of elements impregnation and assemblage two parts.It will be automatic with the taping style to transmit the elements by vacuum impregnating, assembling, binding, girdling and sealing, and then to finish the naked products of capacitors. It is easy to operate and maintain.

█ Features:

l This equipment is the matching model machine type of stitching & winding machine (CSW-898) in last procedure;

l   It is equipped with the automatic conveying and vacuum impregnating system which is of stable impregnating effect;

l   The impregnated elements are assembled and sealed immediately, thus shorten the time that they are exposed in the air. So the capacitors meet high quality requirements;

l   The plastic cover using a special way to send, which ensure to be well placed to proper position;

l   The sealing and girdling of this machine adopts a servomotor. The machine with simple structure and keeps wears well;

l Assembling, binding, girdling and sealing work in the same process, which can keep the products consistency perfectly, and can guarantee good quality of capacitors;

l The floor parts of the equipment and clamp adopts with corrosion resistant materials and particular process technology, which can resist electrolytic erode. It has a pretty appearance and wears well;

l   Detection device monitors the work of operating conditions which can pre-warn and shut off in case of abnormality.;

l   This machine adopts PLC control system with high reliability, centralized display with performance by touching the big screen. It is easy to setup and operate.
